  1. You think you have power to make things happen? Hahaha,it’s only yours when you are able to convince 35568742663878478 stakeholders: from sales, marketing to your developers.

2. You got to multi-task. A LOT! Attend a marketing meeting while saying no to the other team on an email thread and also simultaneously answering Chat pop-ups from 78864835 people pinging you… Not kidding, this is my life!

3. Time flies..Mostly ‘cos you are in non-stop meetings from 9 to 5 most days.Seriously! You keep wondering when you should do your real work.

4. You say No a lot and you are screwed big time if you can’t! Being a yes-man (or woman) is only going to make you suffer!

5. You think this last point is going to be about the satisfaction from releasing a feature? Wrong! The real gratification is when those KPIs are moving as you have anticipated after the feature release.
